Oct 11 2012 nbsp 0183 32 ORA 12154 TNS could not resolve the connect identifier specified I am able to use SQLPLUS from the command line to connect to the database and tnsping returns successfully but I can t figure out why PLSQL Developer will not work it s using the right tnsnames ora file and the connection string in there is correct because it s the same one ORA-28000: the account is locked Is this a DB Issue ? Whenever I unlock the user account using the alter SQL query, that is ALTER USER username ACCOUNT UNLOCK, it will be temporarily OK. Then after sometime the same account gets locked again. The database is using oracle XE version. Does anybody else have the same issue?

ORA 20999 Parsing returned query results in quot ORA 20999 Failed to parse SQL query lt p gt ORA 06550 line 3 column 25 ORA 00936 missing expression lt p gt quot If I try without any bind variables it compiles fine
